Mike Hanlon

Mike Hanlon(Technology and Customer Service)

Mike brings a wealth of IT experience, having over 25 years in the computer field, coupled with a working knowledge of manufacturing, quality, accounting and customer service.  His IT background consists of years as a Programmer, Business Analyst and Project Manager; working within those years on a variety of website, ERP, and custom software development projects.  His last corporate position, as Customer Service Manager of the most profitable division of Praxair Surface Technologies added additional experience in operations, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing to his business acumen.

Mike owns his own IT outsourcing company, APEX Solutions (www.apexsolutionshelp.com), and is the Director of Sales, Marketing and Business Development for Coming Home (www.cominghomeguide.com); a company which offers resources for the management of personal health information to caregivers/patients with chronic illnesses.  Additionally, Mike is currently serving as the Chairman for the Family Advisory Council at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis, IN.

Roles and Responsibilities: Director of Technology and Customer Service – Mike will oversee website development and expansion as well as client service and support.
